Position des Regional Sales Executive

VIRES CONFERRE GmbH ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf energieeffiziente Lösungen für neue und bestehende Immobilien spezialisiert hat. Derzeit suchen wir einen Regional Sales Executive, der für den Vertrieb in einer bestimmten Region verantwortlich ist. Diese Position ist neu geschaffen worden, um dem Wachstum des Unternehmens Rechnung zu tragen.

Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Erweiterung des Kundenstamms in der zugewiesenen Region als Teil eines dezentralen Vertriebsteams
  • Steuerung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses von qualifizierten Leads bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Entwicklung eines Netzwerks mit relevanten Verbänden
  • Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen
  • Beitrag zur Kundenerfahrung und zu Verkaufsprozessen
  • Berichterstattung an das Vertriebsmanagement

Anforderungen:

  • Relevante Ausbildung oder Abschluss im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Key Accounting oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung im Immobilien- oder Energiesektor
  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
