Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at BMS Tech Sales, focusing on the DACH region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Client Principal for a leading Software Development Consultancy.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to intricate business challenges through digital advancements.
  • Generate new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Engage in high-value contracts, with potential multi-million Euro transactions.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients while managing existing accounts effectively.
  • Achieve a sales target ranging from $1.5 million to $4 million, based on experience.
  • Enjoy the freedom to pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
Compensation Package

Attractive remuneration package of €180,000 to €200,000 base salary, with the potential for double on-target earnings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in selling technology, software, or consulting services exceeding $500,000.
  • A track record of engaging with large corporations with multi-billion dollar revenues.
  • A focus on delivering outcomes rather than merely augmenting staff.
  • Ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, with active involvement at every stage.
  • Proficiency in account-based marketing strategies and a keen understanding of brand reputation building.
  • A proven ability to foster long-term client relationships within the technology and digital sectors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with an authentic approach to rapport development.
  • A strong drive and energy to expand the services business in the DACH region, coupled with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to take necessary actions.
