Job Title: Regional Sales Manager at FM Global

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Managers are instrumental in spearheading new business initiatives within their designated areas. They provide guidance and mentorship to Business Development Executives, facilitate collaboration with Operations, and ensure the proficient management of Sales Funnels. Their duties encompass:

  • Training, coaching, and nurturing BDEs to unlock opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with essential personnel to achieve both individual and regional objectives
  • Setting new business targets at multiple levels

Additional responsibilities include realizing new business goals, supporting the sales process, and working towards collaborative agreements with prospects in conjunction with operations management.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

10+ years of experience in the Insurance Sector with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
