Regional Sales Lead

As the Regional Sales Lead for the DACH area, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue expansion, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives for our ongoing success. Your duties will encompass acquiring new clients and nurturing existing partnerships to position 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying prospective clients: Targeting local enterprises and prominent brands across diverse sectors
- Establishing relationships with key decision-makers: Delivering customized solutions to fulfill client requirements
- Conducting product showcases: Demonstrating the advantages of our platform
- Collaborating across departments: Generating leads and developing marketing materials
- Ensuring consistent reporting: Monitoring sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
- Enhancing processes: Advocating best practices and a cooperative environment
What we seek:
- 1+ years of sales experience; a background in advertising sales is preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Strong understanding of the DACH market and its cultural nuances
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to manage the entire sales cycle
- Proactive and goal-driven attitude
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
