Regional Sales Leader (w/m/d) APAC (Asia Pacific)

As a key player in our organization, you will be accountable for driving revenue and sales of our software solutions across the APAC region. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the region, in close collaboration with the sales team and the Vice President of Sales.
  • Guide and nurture the regional sales team, fostering both professional growth and effective management.
  • Enhance direct sales efforts with major clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management and development of existing branches in the region, while strategically planning for the establishment of new locations.
  • Act as the representative for the APAC team in cross-functional committees and working groups, addressing regional matters.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring international teams.
  • Proven history of achievement in B2B software sales, with experience in direct customer engagement and collaboration with sales partners.
  • Background in sectors such as automation, machinery manufacturing, and preferably, image processing technologies.
  • Understanding of the APAC market and the ability to navigate intercultural dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficiency in English and German is essential, with additional Asian language skills being a valuable asset.
