Overall Job Overview

As part of the allO sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our restaurant software platform. We are looking for a qualified Regional Sales Manager for Germany who can leverage their sales expertise and lead a team of motivated sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the sales process, particularly in SaaS solutions, and excel in building relationships and closing deals. We seek a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of inspiring high performance in others. This role requires a leader with strategic thinking and the ability to coach, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Objectives

  • Achieve company goals by meticulously planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting outcomes.
  • Effectively represent allO with a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
  • Identify the needs of restaurant clients and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Continuously develop skills for hiring, training, and leading team members, ensuring effective sales tactics are employed to meet revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our client base across various regions in Germany.
  • Support Sales Executives with challenging potential clients and provide coaching on closing techniques.
  • Recruit sales representatives, establish objectives, provide training and coaching, and monitor their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and create plans to address them.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and track progress.
  • Oversee the month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end closing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in managing software solution sales in a high-growth environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience in establishing KPIs throughout the year to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Collaboration with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in hiring, building, retaining, and promoting within your sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM.
  • Experience in payment technologies, gastronomy, or hospitality (not mandatory).
  • Experience in motivational speaking.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
