Job Overview

As part of the allO sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our restaurant software platform. We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager for Germany who can leverage their sales expertise and lead a motivated team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the sales process, particularly in SaaS solutions, and will excel in building relationships and closing deals. We seek a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of inspiring high performance in others. This role requires a strategic leader capable of coaching, advising, and motivating team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company success by meticulously planning, establishing sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future sales.
  • Represent allO with a deep understanding of our product offerings.
  • Identify the needs of restaurant clients and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives.
  • Continuously develop skills for hiring, training, and leading team members, ensuring effective sales tactics are employed to achieve revenue goals.

Primary Duties

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to broaden our client base across various regions in Germany.
  • Support Sales Executives in engaging challenging potential clients and provide coaching for successful closures.
  • Recruit sales representatives, establish objectives, provide training and mentorship, and assess their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and create plans to address them.
  • Ensure company quotas are met through regular check-ins with the sales team to set goals and track progress.
  • Oversee the month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end closing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in managing software solution sales in a high-growth environment.
  • A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in establishing necessary KPIs to ensure the company meets and surpasses sales objectives.
  • Collaboration with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and promoting talent within your sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in SaaS solutions sales.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM.
  • Background in payment technologies, gastronomy, or hospitality (not mandatory).
  • Experience in motivational speaking.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
