Sales & Business Development Manager (m|f|d) EMEA

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in the execution of regional strategies aimed at fostering new business opportunities within the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for upcoming industrial applications.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and cultivating business relationships in underdeveloped regions across EMEA. Your efforts will center on identifying and advancing complex projects related to new constructions and the electrification of turbine-driven powertrains.
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint growth opportunities in emerging applications such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Establish and nurture business relationships with key industry stakeholders, translating industry insights into future development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant business partners to influence decisions favorably towards Voith technologies at early stages.
  • Incorporate customer feedback within the Voith organization to enhance the customer-centric alignment of the company.
  • Coordinate activities within an international team across various departments.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Ideally, you possess several years of technical sales experience within the energy or oil & gas sectors, along with a robust network in the industry.
  • A passion for consulting-intensive mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Your proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is excellent.
  • You are open to national and international travel (approximately 50%).
  • Your strengths as a team player, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complete your profile.
