As a key member of the Voith Group, you will support the Group Division Turbo in expanding new business in the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for future industrial applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth in new business areas.
  • Acquire new customers and build business relationships in underserved markets.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities in emerging sectors such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with industry stakeholders to drive industry knowledge and future development.
  • Collaborate with business partners to influence decisions in favor of Voith technologies.
  • Drive customer feedback to inform the company's customer-centric approach.
  • Lead international teams across various departments to achieve business objectives.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • You have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas industry, with a strong network in the sector.
  • You possess enthusiasm for consulting-intensive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Your German and English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
  • You are comfortable with frequent national and international travel (approximately 50%).
  • You are a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
