As a key member of the Voith Group, you will support the Group Division Turbo in expanding new business in the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for future industrial applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth in new business areas.
- Acquire new customers and build business relationships in underserved markets.
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities in emerging sectors such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with industry stakeholders to drive industry knowledge and future development.
- Collaborate with business partners to influence decisions in favor of Voith technologies.
- Drive customer feedback to inform the company's customer-centric approach.
- Lead international teams across various departments to achieve business objectives.
Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- You have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas industry, with a strong network in the sector.
- You possess enthusiasm for consulting-intensive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Your German and English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
- You are comfortable with frequent national and international travel (approximately 50%).
- You are a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
