As a key member of the Voith Group, you will support the Group Division Turbo in expanding new business in the oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as for future industrial applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive growth in new business areas.
  • Acquire new customers and build business relationships in underserved markets.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities in emerging sectors such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with industry stakeholders to drive industry knowledge and inform future development fields.
  • Collaborate with business partners to influence decisions in favor of Voith technologies.
  • Drive customer feedback to inform the customer-oriented alignment of the company.
  • Lead international teams across various departmental areas.

Your Profile

  • You have a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field from a recognized university.
  • You have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas industry, with a strong network in the industry.
  • You have a passion for consulting-intensive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • You possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are comfortable with frequent national and international travel (approx. 50%).
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
