Sales & Business Development Manager (m|f|d) EMEA

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in the execution of regional strategies aimed at fostering new business opportunities within the oil & gas and energy sectors, along with future industrial applications.
  • Take charge of acquiring new clients and nurturing business relationships in underdeveloped regions within EMEA. Your focus will be on identifying and cultivating intricate projects related to new constructions and the electrification of turbine-driven powertrains.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities in emerging applications such as hydrogen, decarbonization, digitalization, and electrification.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with key industry stakeholders, translating industry insights into future development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant business partners to influence decisions favorably towards Voith technologies.
  • Incorporate customer feedback within the Voith organization to enhance customer-centric alignment.
  • Coordinate activities within an international team across various departments.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess a Master's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Ideally, have several years of technical sales experience in the energy or oil & gas sectors, along with a robust industry network.
  • Demonstrate a passion for consulting-intensive mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 50%) is essential.
  • Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
