Senior Director of Customer Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic vision for the organization's customer service operations and technology framework, while representing Global Commercial Operations in all relevant IT initiatives within the Quotation to Cash spectrum. Lead a worldwide network of Customer Service teams, promoting best practices, standardizing business processes, and implementing technology solutions to unify all "End-to-End" workflows for the global "Quotation to Cash" division. Create and execute customer service projects focused on ongoing enhancement and automation of customer interaction processes. Design and establish a streamlined and effective SAP infrastructure that aligns with the requirements of our global commercial framework. Ensure timely execution of all projects according to established timelines and objectives across various regions. Articulate the necessary actions to realize the function's strategic goals and business plans within the team, clarifying their connection to the broader organizational mission, vision, and values. Provide both informal and formal training or mentorship to colleagues throughout the organization in customer service to empower them to enhance performance and achieve their potential.

Strong SAP expertise in Sales Distribution, Material Management, Logistics, and related areas is essential. A Bachelor's degree in business economics with a concentration in foreign trade, controlling, organization, IT, finance, or a comparable field of study. Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading); additional languages beyond German are advantageous.
