About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Customer Success Manager to join our team at KNIME AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, including services companies, resellers, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including services companies, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Empower a growing list of enterprise accounts and their chosen delivery partners to solve their complex business problems with the adoption, use, and mastery of the KNIME Enterprise software.
  • Create and implement strategies to enable partners on customer success activities for their customers, to ensure retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with other KNIME teams to realize the goals of our customers.
  • Proactively engage with a portfolio of assigned partners to support them with implementing customer success.
  • Collaborate with Support teams to ensure best-in-class onboarding, adoption, and use of KNIME Server software.
  • Communicate customer and partner feedback clearly within KNIME, including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Support.
  • Stay current on KNIME's roadmap and communicate clearly with Product and Engineering customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners/clients to ensure excellent visibility to others who may not be as involved in the account day-to-day.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of renewals and expansion opportunities.
