As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of new customers. This includes understanding their needs and requirements, internally developing the best possible solution, presenting it, and securing new clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand customer structures, requirements, and decision-making processes.
- Develop optimal solutions in coordination with product, operations, and legal teams.
- Present comprehensive end-to-end pitches, including product demos and negotiations.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure readiness for scaling go-to-market approach across industries.
About You
- Passionate about fast-paced tech trends, familiar with APIs, and eager to learn more about tech challenges and solutions.
- Comfortable negotiating with high-level clients and executives.
- Fluent in German with a good understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated to take responsibility, find practical solutions, and achieve impactful results.
