Wir suchen eine:n technischen Customer Support Specialist, die/der mit Know-how und Leidenschaft dazu beiträgt, unsere Kunden mit unserer Publishing-Plattform Purple noch erfolgreicher zu machen.

Tätigkeiten
  • Als Teil des Customer Success Teams bist Du Ansprechpartner/-in für Support- und Feature Anfragen unserer Purple Kunden im B2B Segment
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Behebung von komplexen technischen Problemen und Anwendungsfragen
  • Du hilfst bei der Integration und Konfiguration der Purple Tools
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei Anpassungswünschen und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und unterstützt die Produktentwicklung auf Basis des Kundenfeedbacks
  • Du identifizierst Kundenbedürfnisse und hilfst Ihnen, mit Purple noch erfolgreicher zu werden
  • Du stellst den Wissenstransfer sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse sicher
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Customer Onboarding und machst unsere Kunden zu Purple Experten
Anforderungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Kundensupport idealerweise im SaaS-B2B-Geschäft
  • praktische Erfahrung im Webtechnologien (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) sind wünschenswert
  • Du hast Erfahrung im technischen /Softwareumfeld (durch Studium oder Beruf) und bringst ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis mit
  • Du bist ein Problemlöser und liebst es, Kunden zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen
  • Deine Welt ist digital
  • Du bist offen, hilfsbereit und kommunizierst gern mit Menschen
Team

Das Customer Success Team besteht aus 5 Vollzeit-Mitarbeitern und einem Werkstudenten. Einmal die Woche ist unser Präsenz-Office-Tag, an dem sich alle aus der Business Unite Purple im Büro treffen.

  2. Case Study mit tieferen Einblicken ins Produkt mit Rafael (Head of Customer Succes)- 1,5 Stunden
