In diesem Projekt suchen wir für ein internationales Unternehmen einen Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager (m/w/d) im Automotive-New-Energy-Markt.
Mit rund 600 Mitarbeitern vertreibt unser Kunde maßgeschneiderte Systeme für Automobil- und Tier1 Batteriehersteller weltweit.
Aufgaben- Identifizieren und gewinnen neuer Geschäftsfelder und Märkte in Deutschland, mit Schwerpunkt auf süddeutschen OEMs
- Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Projekte
- Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
- Verhandlung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Konditionen
- Kundenanwendungen verstehen, globale Bedürfnisse analysieren und proaktiv Lösungen finden
- Beobachten wichtiger Trends und Aktivitäten bei Wettbewerbern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing und Produktentwicklung
- Teilnahme an Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Die Position berichtet an den Geschäftsführer EU
- Idealerweise haben Sie ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik/Elektrotechnik oder Mechanik bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development und/oder im Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
- Erfahrungen mit/bei OEMs oder führenden First Tiers
- Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Battery-Management- und High-Voltage-Systemen sowie erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Guter Kommunikator mit Verkaufsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhallb Deutschlands
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
