As aCustomer Success Representative, you will focus on buildinglong-term relationships with doctors and dental practices. Youwill provide world-classcustomer care and in addition effectivelyeducate customers in each interaction acting on the root of theproblem and provide effective and efficient supportto customer’s inquiries.
Inthis role, youwill…
- Respond tocustomer inquiries, requests andcomplaints received via phone, e-mail, or any othercommunicationchannel
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing ideasand suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and/or specific customer inquiries
- Bea trusted advisor to internal and external customers regarding all kinds of (operational) topics
- Bealert to trends in requests and issues reported bycustomers
- Work closely with the commercial organization to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth end to end process execution
- Provideinput to Customer Success Manager/Supervisor regarding training needs and qualitydevelopment; assist with development and presentation ofinformation and training whenneeded
- Document information in thecompany’s database(s) about each contact you handle followingdefinedparameters
- Contribute ideas to improveproductivity and customer experience and participate inactivities and projects designed to improve customer satisfactionand businessperformance
In thisrole, you’ll need…
- 1-3 years' workexperience in a customer-basedenvironment
- Strong interpersonal,listening and persuasive communication skills to give the bestadvice to our customers
- Native level Germanlanguage skills and good English languageskills
- Willingness tolearn
- Good team player, dynamic, optimistic,accurate, resultoriented
