As a Customer Success Manager at Insider, you will be the face of our company to our clients, bridging the gap between their needs and our technology. Your mission is to help our clients understand their needs and identify the best features and products to match their goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and facilitate the customer's adoption of our technology to ensure they receive our world-class service.
  • Work with our data-geeks and product specialists to provide technical support and ensure clients have a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities to boost the value we add to our clients' organization.
  • Proactively provide feedback to your team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on our partnership with our clients.
  • Establish a trusted adviser relationship to ensure our customers' overall satisfaction with our services and technology.
  • Plan strategies to help clients meet their objectives, prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
  • Bring new product ideas to the table, collaborating with our product and design gurus to shape our product roadmap.
What We Expect:
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Digital marketing experience in a customer-oriented position.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, especially at the executive level.
  • Solid oral and written communication abilities, with positive phone skills and excellent listening skills.
  • A self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always seeking solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients.
  • A passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
