Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Hospitality team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our hospitality customers' businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and develop existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing success and growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans to ensure customers are aligned with our business goals
- Monitor customer usage data, go-live dates, and health indicators to identify opportunities for account retention and growth
- Advocate for customer needs within the Lightspeed organization to support and enable the prioritization and timely investment in innovation
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolution for at-risk events
- Develop and execute strategies for each customer in your book of business to drive growth and retention
- Funnel customer feedback to the appropriate teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and address product gaps
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment
- Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers
- Excellent task and time management skills, with the ability to handle a funnel and proactively approach customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero
- Industry expertise in retail/hospitality
