VisionAI GmbH is a pioneering AI startup revolutionizing online retail with cutting-edge technologies. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our growing team and play a key role in transforming the e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a portfolio of up to 70 e-commerce customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their success with VisionAI.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their journey with our company.
- Focus on customer-centric prioritization to ensure every customer receives the attention and service they need to thrive.
- Advocate for customers by translating their needs into concrete product requirements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with product experts to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, setting them up for long-term success with VisionAI.
- Deliver professional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Continuously enhance and refine Customer Relationship Management processes, leveraging data-driven insights to promote customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with the Growth Manager to create actionable expansion strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization and execution, driven by customer needs, business impact, and growth potential.
- Exceptional communication skills and sales affinity.
- In-depth knowledge of value drivers within recurring revenue business models.
- Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluent in both German and English.
