Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Susell GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support to our clients via various communication channels, including chat and email.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to our second-level support team as needed.
- Knowledge Base Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to support our clients in resolving issues independently.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Education: Hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Customer Support Experience: Have a proven track record in customer support or a similar role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or remotely, with the option to work from our office in Berlin.
