- Continuously enhance and refine Customer Relationship Management processes, leveraging data-driven insights to promote customer adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with the Growth Manager to create actionable expansion strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, handling a broad portfolio of clients, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization and execution, driven by customer needs, business impact, and growth potential.
- Exceptional communication skills and sales affinity.
- In-depth knowledge of value drivers within recurring revenue business models.
- Analytical mindset paired with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluent in both German and English.
