Job Title: Senior Research Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Director to lead our business development efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our client base, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and executing a wide range of research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our client base in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Oversee the execution of research projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their client management skills and insight capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
