About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Corecruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel sales in assigned markets or market segments
  • Recognize potential contacts, customers, and markets at an early stage and prioritize accordingly
  • Conduct contract negotiations and present the hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips
  • Manage a small sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Several years of practical, professional sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner, and negotiating skills in German and English
  • Ability to recognize and set priorities correctly, as well as being structured and goal-oriented in your way of working
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
