Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the industrial sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all product lines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized product solutions
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advances affecting our product lines
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in an industrial environment
  • Languages: German: Native or bilingual proficiency (required)
  • English: Fluent proficiency (required)
  • French: Professional proficiency (preferred but not essential)
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to visit customers and foster relationships
  • Work Location: Candidates must be based in Germany or Austria
