About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at 360T. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive business growth and support our Sales Enablement Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global sales teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute multichannel sales enablement, product marketing, and social media campaigns for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
  • Manage and implement marketing measures, including content creation, creative design, and strategic events
  • Provide strategic marketing support to sales teams within the framework of our Sales Enablement Strategy
  • Design marketing collateral for mailings, social media posts, and brochures
  • Create company presentations, brochures, and general marketing materials
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate the annual client survey within Deutsche Börse Group
  • Leverage CRM to implement the Sales Enablement Strategy
  • Support the Head of Marketing with daily business operations

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
  • Strong design skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Adobe
  • Significant experience in integrated B2B marketing
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and team player
  • Love for the financial markets and industry knowledge
  • Deep knowledge and experience in developing content-based, client-centric, and sales-supporting marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior sales leaders and C-level executives
  • Skilled at managing resources to effectively achieve marketing goals, including budgets and third-party suppliers
  • Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines, and schedules
  • Experienced in a cross-cultural context
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
