Carbon Credit Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Tree FlexCo team in Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our B2B sales efforts, identifying potential carbon credit buyers, and building strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and qualify leads to expand our sales pipeline.
- Sales: Take ownership of our sales pipeline, converting leads into customers to drive revenue growth.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with partners, resellers, and influencers to grow our overall network and business.
- Proven success in business development and scaling a sales function.
- Experience in sustainability, ideally in the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and with nature-based carbon solutions.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Austria or Germany, with the ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
