DACH Region Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region
- Bld strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customized solutions to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate leads and create marketing material
- Ensure regular reporting and analysis of sales activities and pipeline performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region
- Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
LocationThis role is based in Munich, Germany, and requires regular travel within the DACH region.
