Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead a team of account executives in Munich.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to build a customer-first sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.

The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives, as well as managing a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.

You will also be responsible for utilizing Salesforce for reporting and forecasting, and for growing your territories by expanding the customer base and continuing to hire and build your field sales team.

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company car, fuel card, health and wellness credit, and mental health support through the Modern Health App.

In addition to these benefits, you will also have access to LinkedIn Learning and time off to volunteer and give back to your community.
