Senior Sales Professional

Our goal is to build a team of highly motivated and exceptional engineers who can develop best-in-class shunt-based sensors with the highest safety levels in a friendly and relaxed start-up work atmosphere in Munich.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers through cold calls and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Provide independent support to customers in administrative and organizational aspects
- Develop a sales structure and system for quotations
- Design sales strategies for new products, customers, and market fields
- Prepare and present complex offers, and negotiate with customers
- Coordinate contracts with customers and the legal department
- Handle customer inquiries regarding cost indications and technical aspects
- Represent QULECTRA at exhibitions and conferences
- University degree in international business management, industrial engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Ambition, open-mindedness, and a structured way of working
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- High degree of independence and organizational skills
