Cxomni GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and overseeing the entire sales process.

Your Mission


You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and guiding potential customers through the entire sales cycle. This includes identifying their challenges and use cases, impressing them with your solution-oriented approach, and ensuring they receive optimal support from initial contact to contract conclusion.


Key Responsibilities



  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract conclusion, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to develop onboarding processes and ensure excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should possess:


Professional Experience



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, customer success B2B (Enterprise), or customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives.
  • Confidence in using CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
  • A completed degree in a commercial, digital, marketing, or IT field.
  • German language skills at least at C1 level or native proficiency.
  • English language skills at least at C1 level.
  • A valid residence permit in Germany or another EU country.
