About QULECTRA

QULECTRA is a leading company in the eMobility field, combining the expertise of Wieland Werke AG and Munich Electrification GmbH. We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional sales professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and systems
  • Prepare and present complex sales offers and negotiate contracts with customers
  • Represent QULECTRA at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • University degree in international business management, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and team skills, with a strong customer orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • High degree of independence, organizational skills, and willingness to travel
