Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

Your Role
- Drive growth throughout Europe by identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Create proposal contracts and conduct negotiations.
- Attend trade fairs and events to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Work closely with the Product and Sales Leadership Team to continuously enhance our solution.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
- A passionate sales talent with a hunter mentality, driven to succeed by building valuable customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with any additional language an advantage.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- The ability to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives.
