Business Growth Sales Specialist

AUCTA GmbH is a pioneering startup with roots in Berlin and Madrid, founded in 2019. Our mission is to empower industrial companies to unlock the full potential of their CAD data beyond engineering departments.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and help us reach the next level as a company.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and nurturing relevant leads early in the sales funnel
- Contributing to the development of our sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth
- Playing a crucial role in our journey from one to one hundred customers
- Evaluating and refining sales hypotheses and channels
In return for your expertise, you can expect:
Compensation PackageAn attractive compensation package, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance, plus benefits that make a real difference.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Prior B2B/Enterprise sales experience (two years or more preferred)
- Proficiency in German and basic business-level English
- A proactive approach towards achieving tangible results
- A highly motivated and engaged attitude
