We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly growing Italian Sales Team, focusing on the Spanish and LATAM market. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will represent our mission of democratizing coaching for employees at all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Own your territory of accounts, working closely with your SDR to drive interest and adoption in our product, securing multi-year deals worth 6-7 figures.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide resources and insights needed to support client engagement and adoption.
  • Execute sales activities such as calls, social engagement, web demos, on-site meetings, negotiations, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a consultant, supporting existing clients alongside our CS representative.
  • Represent our company at industry events, strengthening your network and fostering relationships.
  • Effectively manage customer interactions, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Meet revenue targets while delivering value to our clients.
