Senior Business Development Manager

Als Senior Business Development Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Etablierung und Pflege eines internationalen Netzwerks von Kontakten und Beziehungen im Robotikbereich. Du arbeitest kontinuierlich daran, dieses Netzwerk zu erweitern und zu verbessern, indem du Kontakte mit Herstellern von Robotern und Softwareanbietern knüpfst und potenzielle Partnerschaften identifizierst.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Identifizierung und Überzeugung von internationalen Partnern, die das Robotics-Ecosystem stärken und weiterentwickeln können
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um die Erfüllung der Partnerbedürfnisse und die Optimierung ihrer Leistung sicherzustellen
- Die Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten, wie bestehende Partnerschaften dazu beitragen können, Synergien im gesamten Unternehmen zu schaffen
- Die Pflege von Beziehungen und Kooperationen, die langfristig Bestand haben und sowohl für das Unternehmen als auch für die Partner von Nutzen sind
- Die Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen, um Kontakte zu knüpfen und die Sichtbarkeit des Unternehmens zu erhöhen
Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigst du:
- Erfahrung im Bereich Partner Management, Business Development oder Key Account Management
- Eingehende Expertise über Hard- und Software im Gebiet der Automatisierungstechnik
- Praxisorientierte Herangehensweise und erweiterte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Selbstmotiviertes Handeln und eine hohe Lernmotivation
- Trends und Geschäftsmodelle wecken dein Interesse, und du erreichst deine Ziele durch eine effiziente und strategische Vorgehensweise
- Aufgrund des internationalen Arbeitsumfeldes bringst du sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisations-Skills sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch mit
