Product Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven product growth strategist to join the Freeletics team. As a key member of our product team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our digital health and fitness products. Your primary focus will be on driving conversion initiatives that increase Freeletics' growth and profitability while ensuring a user experience that aligns with our mission, vision, and strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Optimize customer retention and revenue growth through data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that prioritize user experience and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a product growth strategist or similar role with a track record of success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
