Customer Service Manager

- Oversee the operational responsibility for customer service in the SHK sector and serve as the point of contact for all technical support inquiries.
- Lead the team of approximately 10 employees in your area of responsibility, providing guidance on both technical and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to customer service, ensuring its continuous improvement.
- As a leader, you will develop your team members through targeted coaching and regular feedback sessions, fostering their professional and personal growth.
- You hold a minimum of a completed training as a SHK technician (m/w/d) or possess equivalent qualifications and have initial work experience in customer service (service, maintenance, repair).
- In your previous role, you have ideally gained knowledge of technical building equipment across various trades.
- You enjoy taking the initiative to familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of a site and identifying and resolving issues using your knowledge of system functionality.
- You possess a high level of engagement, loyalty, and teamwork, as well as a basic understanding of building equipment systems, which you will utilize effectively.
- You take pride in ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- You have a cooperative leadership style, excellent communication and moderation skills, and a strong sense of quality.
- A valid driver's license, at least class B (or previously class 3), is a prerequisite for your mobility.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
