We are looking for a highly skilled High-Performance Account Strategist for Large Corporations in the DACH region.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our CCH Tagetik software to new business prospects and managing major accounts in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the commercial contact for our prospects and existing customers ranging to large companies.
  • You will generate leads and manage independent sales cycles at large accounts and financial institutions.
  • You will give presentations and high-level demonstrations of the software.
  • You will work together with an experienced pre-sales consultant during the sales process.
  • You will work closely with our Marketing & Inside Sales Department.
  • You will be responsible for realizing your sales targets and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must have at least a Bachelor's degree with several years of relevant working experience.
  • You should be a sales person at heart.
  • You should have well-developed social and communicative skills and a strong network within large organizations.
  • You should have affinity with IT systems and Performance Management processes and/or systems.
  • You should be experienced in 'solution selling'.
  • You should be able to learn, get feedback, and have self-reflection on your own functioning and results.
  • You should be independent, energetic, and retrieve your motivation from selling.
  • You should be proficient in Salesforce (or another CRM tool), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You should be fluent in German and English.
  • You should have a proven track record in the CPM industry or at least the ERP industry for large corporates preferred.
  • You should be willing to travel 20% of the time.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus car allowance, company events, volunteer day, company pension plan, many health offers, e-learning via LinkedIn, and other training and development opportunities.
