DACH Regional Business Development Expert

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to expand existing partnerships and drive new business growth across the DACH region.
This role will involve leveraging strategic sales skills to build a robust pipeline, foster key relationships, and play a crucial role in maximising value and customer impact within this core European market.
About the Role:
- Develop and manage a pipeline for the DACH region, building champions and addressing client pain points to drive new and existing business effectively.
- Identify expansion opportunities within large existing accounts and across subsidiaries in other territories.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sustainable sales performance through value-driven strategies and a consistent focus on client needs.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience within the technology or SaaS industry, with a strong emphasis on the DACH market and fluency in German and English.
- Demonstrated success in value selling, pipeline management, and established sales methodologies is essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
