Cross Border Talents is a leading organization in the customer experience industry, offering top-class solutions to clients across various regions.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team and take on the challenge of managing sales teams in the German market. This role involves relocation to Athens, Greece, providing an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary resource for sales teams and working closely with key advisors;
  • Helping sales teams build, maintain, and advance sales stages/pipeline, ensuring timely closure of opportunities;
  • Closing deals on target accounts within designated regions and leads generated through the SMB team;
  • Achieving assigned targets by owning and closing sales deals;
  • Conducting outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts, focusing on achieving growth through upsell or introducing new solutions;
  • Performing cold calling and utilizing excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets;
  • Providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally;

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, including experience in cold calling, customer support, and meeting sales targets. They should also be results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from 1760 to 2000 EUR gross per month (approximately 21,000 to 24,000 EUR annual salary), along with a 20% performance bonus paid quarterly.
