German-speaking Sales Expert for DACH Region

We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking sales expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the DACH region, executing B2B sales, and providing customized product solutions.
About the Role- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the DACH region
- Execute B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling
- Surpass KPIs by providing customized product solutions
- Collaborate with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and success
- Competitive salary: €1,760 per month (14 annual payments)
- Performance bonuses: Up to €1,232 per quarter, based on KPIs
- Monthly meal voucher: €50 for food or groceries
- Private health and life insurance
- 25 days of annual leave for rest and relaxation
- Permanent full-time contract
- Hybrid model: Work 2 days in the office and 3 remotely
- Work laptop provided
- Up to €300 for flight ticket reimbursement (paid with the first paycheck)
- 3 weeks' hotel accommodation near the office
- Legal assistance with hiring paperwork
- Arrival in Athens 7 days before the start date to finalize employment

Requirements- German fluency (C1/C2) and English proficiency (B2)
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling
