About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our channel sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will identify and recruit suitable channel partners based on their expertise, market coverage, and alignment with our company's goals and values.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.
- You will provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products or services.
- You will collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans.
- You will monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
- You will address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners.
- You will stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- You have a degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable vocational training.
- You have about 5 years of experience in the ICT industry, preferably in a channel environment.
- You have proven references and solid accountability for developing and implementing business strategies.
- You are highly identified with the values 'speed and agility, customer centricity, and reliability.'
- You are native German-speaking and fluent in English.
