Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Expansion and Growth Manager to spearhead the development of new services and drive growth across our e-commerce platforms. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, and IT departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.

  • You will develop innovative services for our e-commerce platforms, including fensterversand and windows24, to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • You will proactively manage and expand our supplier portfolio through cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • You will expand and diversify our product range in line with market demands and trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor analysis.
  • You will negotiate purchasing terms with strategic suppliers, overseeing ongoing optimization and control to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • You will streamline and optimize our business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, using project management tools like JIRA and Confluence for organized documentation.
  • You will cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with partners and service providers, ensuring open communication and collaborative partnerships.
  • You will conduct regular market analysis and competitor evaluations to identify growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Good technical knowledge in windows and doors, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Interest in and affinity for e-commerce and online business, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Fluent English or German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in project management tools, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
