As a seasoned Account Executive, you will spearhead our sales growth in the mid-market and SME segments. With autonomy to shape your strategy, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and drive results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Smashing Sales Targets
    • Hit the ground running and drive results in the mid-market and SME segments.
    • Own your pipeline with creative sourcing and leverage the tools and support to accelerate growth.
    • Close big wins and convert qualified leads into impactful deals.
    • Make a real impact by securing high-value deals that align with our ambitious growth goals.
  • Strategic Impact
    • Expand our market presence by creating and executing strategies to break into new markets and verticals.
    • Voice of the customer: gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
    • Refine the sales process to optimize efficiency and impact.

  • SaaS Sales Pro: hands-on SaaS sales experience focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick, direct sales cycles.
  • Startup Ready: proactive, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves the challenge of building and adapting in a startup.
  • Proven Closer: consistently hit and exceeded sales targets as an AE, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Self-Starter: succeeded in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, especially in manufacturing, and knows how to build processes and win with minimal support.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: generates, manages, and closes deals independently, without hand-holding.
  • Adaptable: excels in ever-changing environments and actively shapes products and processes as needed.
  • Aligned for Growth: ready for a competitive OTE with a balanced split, and understands this is a hands-on, growth-focused role.
  • Multilingual Communicator: fluent in both German and English, with the ability to adapt messaging to resonate with diverse clients.
