As a Business Development Manager for our client, a leading Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue. Our client offers a wide range of products, including expansion valves, multi-way valves, chillers, cooling plates, and pumps for both traditional and electric vehicles.

The Role:
  • Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly work plans to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Visit customers to understand their needs and requirements, identifying opportunities to expand product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market development and product sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
The Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and operating systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
