Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €1,760 per month, paid in 14 annual installments, including holiday bonuses. Performance-based incentives can reach up to €1,232 per quarter. Additional benefits include:
- A monthly meal voucher of €50 for food or groceries.
- Private health and life insurance coverage.
- 25 days of annual leave for rest and relaxation.
- A permanent full-time contract with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- A hybrid work model featuring 2 days in the office and 3 remote days.
- A company-provided work laptop.
This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the DACH region, executing B2B sales, and providing customized product solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you'll need:
- German fluency (C1/C2) and English proficiency (B2).
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a focus on cold calling and upselling.
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Greece.
- Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
