Die HerausforderungAls Customer Success Engineer werden Sie Teil eines Expertenteams an unserem Standort Berlin-Mitte und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Anwendung unserer Software. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte, die Identifizierung von Problemen und die Entwicklung von Lösungen. Sie werden auch dazu beitragen, unser Servicestruktur nach dem ITIL-Modell aufzubauen.
Aufgaben:- Dokumentieren Sie Lösungen, Workarounds und Best Practices.
- Koordinieren und priorisieren Sie eingehende Anfragen professionell im Kontakt mit unseren Kunden.
- Beseitigen Sie Fehler bei falscher Anwendung von Programmfunktionen und lösen sie unternehmensspezifische, teils hochkomplexe Problemstellungen.
- Treiben Sie die Fehleranalyse voran und verfolgen Sie den Gesamtprozess bis hin zum Release-Management.
Wir suchen jemanden mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung im Customer Success, Customer Support oder in der IT-Beratung komplexer Softwarelösungen. Eine gute Kenntnis von Sprachen wie XSLT, Java oder SQL sowie von Standards und Produkten wie XML, XPath, WS*, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux oder Unix ist erforderlich. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind ebenfalls unerlässlich.
VergütungDie Vergütung für diese Position beträgt ca. 55.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation. Wir bieten außerdem Zuschüsse für Kinderbetreuung und den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sowie hochwertige Arbeitsgeräte, die selbst ausgesucht werden können.
