The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support and Success team as a Specialist. As the first point of contact for our merchants and business customers, you will provide exceptional support through multiple channels. Your primary interface will be with operational departments, answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will also collaborate closely with our Risk, Product, and Technology teams to develop customized solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for merchants and business customers, addressing their queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns, leveraging this insight to improve our services.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a similar position in sales or customer service.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
