As a Digital Customer Success Strategist at n8n, you will play a crucial role in driving higher Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), while fostering long-term customer relationships.

n8n is a cutting-edge low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, designed for technical users. Our platform simplifies connecting to any app or API and enables the incorporation of AI into business processes.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success professional who has a strong track record of delivering results-driven strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers are empowered to succeed with n8n, by developing and executing tailored success plans that meet their unique needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to drive customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyze customer data to develop insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Represent customer feedback and concerns to internal stakeholders to inform product roadmap and feature development

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or software company
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and analytics platforms

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
